1984     Established market research agency serving business-to-business clients and based in Waterloo, Belgium
1985 Developed specialisation in customer satisfaction and employee motivation
1991 Opened Dutch office in Utrecht, The Netherlands
1993 Introduced Dutch call centre and relocate Dutch operations to Oudenbosch
2005 Established UK consulting office and fieldwork centre (London and Chester), Launched CPI (Customer Performance Index) and PPI (People Performance Index)
2006 Extended practice to the United States, opening an office in Dallas, Texas
2007 Moved expanding Dutch practice and UK fieldwork centre to new offices
